All references herein to Hype & Honey Events, “Hype & Honey,” or “we” mean Hype & Honey Events, including its successors and assigns. All references herein to “Client” or “you” refer to any person using or completing checkout on the Hype & Honey Events website or any person booking an event or product through a Hype & Honey Events representative.
All references to “Event” refer to any virtual or hosted gathering, performed on any platform or format, that is facilitated by Hype & Honey Events on behalf of the Client.
Use of Hype & Honey Events services and website indicates that you accept and agree to all of the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement, as well as the Hype & Honey Events Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, each of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. This Agreement takes effect upon access to the website or completion of a booking.
The total balance of the invoice, inclusive of taxes and service fees, is due upon booking. Any additional charges are due upon receipt of an updated invoice. Approved clients may pay via ACH or NET terms with prior written approval.
ACH payments must be received in full no later than seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled event. NET terms are only accepted with prior written approval. A 2% monthly carrying charge will apply to any unpaid or late balances.
If Hype & Honey Events engages legal support to collect unpaid balances, the Client agrees to cover all reasonable legal and collection fees, subject to applicable law.
The confirmed event guarantees the agreed-upon guest count. Increases will be accommodated when possible. Decreases are not permitted.
If physical materials or kits are included and unused, the Client must provide a shipping address prior to the event date. Otherwise, unused items will be forfeited.
Applicable taxes will be included. Gratuities are at the Client’s discretion.
Rescheduling is permitted up to 21 days prior to the event date. A new date must be confirmed at the time of request.
All rescheduled events must be completed within one year of the original booking date.
Hype & Honey Events maintains appropriate insurance for services provided. The Client acknowledges that Hype & Honey Events is not responsible for loss or damage to client-provided items unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Liability is limited to the total contract amount plus $500. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Hype & Honey Events harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising from the event, except in cases of gross negligence.
Hype & Honey Events may recommend specific platforms to ensure quality. The Client assumes responsibility for any technical issues resulting from the use of alternate platforms.
Clients are responsible for distributing and securing event access links. Hype & Honey Events is not liable for disruptions caused by unauthorized access.
Any custom assets, event materials, or enhancements require all necessary information to be submitted in advance. Rush requests may incur additional fees.
Once production has begun, all purchases are final and non-transferable. Additional edits or revisions may incur added costs.
Any booking made less than fourteen (14) days prior to the event may be subject to additional fees.
Clients must provide all required participant information within 24 hours of booking. Expedited shipping and processing fees may apply.
Clients are responsible for communicating allergen information to participants. Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including dairy, nuts, gluten, soy, and others.
Hype & Honey Events is not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues resulting from participation or product use.

Additional fees may apply for expedited shipping, rerouting, or late submissions. Hype & Honey Events is not responsible for carrier delays, damage, or loss.
The Client confirms they have full authority to enter into this agreement and that all necessary approvals have been obtained. A designated point of contact must be available throughout the planning and execution process.
